EL VILLA

Location:
El Villa is located in Horto, approximately 46 km south of Volos and just 3 km from Milina. Nearby, you will find various shops, tavernas, and restaurants, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Your Stay:
El Villa consists of two houses set within a lush, 1,800 sqm property featuring a beautifully maintained garden, green lawns, and a variety of trees and plants.

• El Villa 1 includes two separate apartments: one on the first floor and another on the ground floor.

• El Villa 2 is a charming maisonette-style house.

• A swimming pool (4 x 6 m, depth 1.20-1.50 m) is available for guests and operates until the end of September.

Nr. 1 (Apartment) El Villa I – ground floor 4-5 Pers. :

This apartment is for 4-5 people features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a spacious living area with a seating set and a sleeping option for a 5th person, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The ground-floor apartment has a veranda with garden furniture  and has a size of 70 sqm (+ veranda).

Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning.

Both houses share a barbecue area in the garden.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towel changes every 4 days. Upon request, bed linen and towels can be changed earlier.

Nr. 2 (Apartment) El Villa I – first floor 4-5 Pers. :

This apartment is for 4-5 people features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a spacious living area with a seating set and a sleeping option for a 5th person, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The first-floor apartment includes a fireplace and a balcony with garden furniture and has a size of 74 sqm (+ balcony).

Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning.

Both houses share a barbecue area in the garden.

Nr. 3 El Villa II – mais. house 6-7 Pers. :

The house features three bedrooms (two of which have a balcony) on the upper floor, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a spacious living and dining area with a kitchen on the ground floor.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, a fireplace, a large TV, and a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, and range hood.
Additionally, there is a small WC on the ground floor.

One of the bedrooms has a private balcony, and the ground floor offers a large covered terrace with a pergola and grapevine, as well as garden furniture, perfect for relaxation.

Both houses share a barbecue area in the garden.
