Booking conditions and payment method.

For a firm reservation, the guest must note the following:

For bookings up to 30 days prior to arrival, the guest must pay 100% of the travel price.
For bookings made more than 40 to 22 days before arrival, the guest pays 50% of the travel price.

Cancellation by the customer / cancellation costs:

You can withdraw at any time before the start of the journey. The receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by us (by email) is decisive for the cancellation costs.

Cancellation costs:

up to 60 days before departure, 20% of the booked price (If you paid more, the amount will be refunded)
59 to 30 days before departure, 80% of the booked price
30 to until the start of the trip or if no show 100% of the booked price.

A deposit of 50% is required at all times.

Staying:

• Check-in: 12:00-14:00.
• Check-out: till 10:00.
• Guests wishing to keep the room up until 18:00 are charged 50% of the room daily rate. In case of staying beyond 18:00 the full daily rate is charged.
